Oh yes indeed, had some frightening moments with snakes, badgers, foxes, the most frightening was laying face
down in long grass retrieving a lovely yellow ball, only to feel movement around my legs and body, tilly-miss was
further up field at the time, so i brushed my hand down my leg only to feel this slithering against me, on looking
down i was laying on an adders nest, there must have been 4 or more of these big snakes, my god you have
never seen anyone move so quick in your life.
Fox are no problem, they will not bother you at all, they are as scared as you are of them, tilly-miss has seen quite
a few in her time, and its quite normal for her to roll around in fox droppings, but the stench it leaves on her coat
often has to be bath time when i get her home, they do this ritual so that they can enter a fox hole without a fox
being to bothered, please note i will not let tilly-miss go in a fox hole on any account.
Deer are really beautiful and intelligent, i am very lucky to be surrounded
by so many, tilly-miss often spends a few minutes trying to catch one, but the
deer are way to fast for her, and out run her every time.
